These are the rules for using our sites, games, and shop. Using them means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the sites.
These terms are between you and Sassy Sounds Touring Inc (“6arelyhuman”, “we”, “us”), of 2217 Campus Drive, El Segundo, CA 90245. Reach us at harry@r-m.art.
Our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines are part of these terms.
The games are free to play at any age. Anything that involves giving us personal information — joining the mailing list, posting on the guestbook, buying merch — has an age requirement:
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We offer browser‑based games and interactive experiences, a mailing list, a public guestbook, and an online shop. They are provided free except where a price is shown. We are building in public: features appear, change, and disappear, and we do not promise that any particular feature will keep existing.
There are no accounts and no passwords. You pick a handle, initials, or a SLAYBOT name, and your progress is stored in your own browser. That means:
“Your content” means anything you submit — guestbook posts, handles, initials, SLAYBOT designs.
We are not obliged to monitor what is posted, but we may remove anything that breaks these terms or our Community Guidelines. How to report a post, and how to challenge a removal, is set out there.
Found a security problem? Please tell us at harry@r-m.art before telling anyone else. We will not pursue you for good‑faith research that respects other people’s privacy and does not degrade the service.
The music, artwork, characters, wordmarks, game code, writing, and design are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may play the games, screenshot them, and share clips on social media with credit. You may not sell our content, pass it off as your own, use it to train machine learning models, or use our name and marks to suggest we endorse something we do not.
If you think something here infringes your copyright, email harry@r-m.art with enough detail to identify the work and where it appears, and we will act on it. Our designated agent for copyright notices is Sassy Sounds Touring Inc, 2217 Campus Drive, El Segundo, CA 90245 (harry@r-m.art).
Our shop is powered by Shopify. When you check out you leave our site and complete the order on Shopify’s systems; their terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout itself. We never see or store your card details.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and to a refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or your proof of return. Personalised or made‑to‑order items may be excluded where the law allows. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described.
We link out to streaming platforms, social networks, and our shop provider. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
We aim to keep everything running but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
The games use flashing imagery and rapid motion. If you are sensitive to that, take care.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by this section.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows:
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms. This does not apply to consumers to the extent local law prohibits it.
You can stop using the service at any time and clear your local data. We may remove content or block access if you break these terms, if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to protect the service or its users. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a route to appeal — see the Community Guidelines.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Los Angeles County, California have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
Please email us first. Most things are settled in one message.
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
