Privacy Policy

Effective 18 August 2026 · Last updated 18 August 2026

This explains what we collect when you use our sites and games, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can tell us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who we are

This policy is issued by Sassy Sounds Touring Inc (“6arelyhuman”, “we”, “us”), whose registered address is 2217 Campus Drive, El Segundo, CA 90245.

For data protection purposes we are the controller of the information described here.

Contact us about anything in this policy at harry@r-m.art, or by post at the address above.

2. What this policy covers

It covers the websites, games, and interactive experiences we operate, including:

It does not cover other companies’ services we link out to — Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and the like. Once you follow one of those links you are on their turf and their privacy policy applies.

4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

If you are in the UK, EU, or another region with equivalent law, these are our lawful bases under the GDPR:

PurposeInformationLegal basis
Sending you marketing emails and texts about releases, drops, and showsEmail, phone, nameConsent — you tick a box, and you can withdraw at any time
Running the sites and games; saving your progress; showing leaderboards and the guestbookLocal storage, initials, scores, postsLegitimate interests — operating the service you asked for
Fulfilling merch orders and handling returnsOrder and delivery details, held by ShopifyContract
Keeping the sites secure, preventing spam and abuse, moderating the guestbookLogs, IP, post contentLegitimate interests — protecting the service and our community
Understanding how the sites are usedAnalytics dataConsent — and it is off unless you turn it on
Meeting our legal obligationsWhatever the law requiresLegal obligation

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether our interest is overridden by your rights, and concluded it is not. You can challenge that — see section 11.

5. Marketing, and how to stop it

We only send marketing to people who asked for it. Consent is collected with a separate, un‑pre‑ticked box, it is never a condition of playing a game or buying anything, and agreeing to one channel does not sign you up to the other.

Withdrawing consent does not undo messages we already sent, and we will still contact you about something you specifically asked for, such as an order you placed.

6. Children

Our sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If you believe a child has given us personal information, email harry@r-m.art and we will delete it promptly. Parents and guardians can exercise any of the rights in section 11 on a child’s behalf.

7. Who else sees your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioural advertising. We use a small number of service providers, who may only use what we give them to provide their service to us:

ProviderWhat forWhere
Fly.ioWebsite and game hosting; server logsUnited States
SupabaseDatabase for signups, leaderboards, and guestbook postsUnited States
LayloSending marketing emails and textsUnited States
ShopifyMerch storefront, checkout, and payment processingUnited States / Canada
Google AnalyticsSite analytics — not currently enabled, and consent‑gated if it ever isUnited States

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or ourselves. If our business is ever sold or reorganised, information may transfer as part of that — you would be told first.

8. Anything you post is public

The guestbook in THE SCENE and the SCENE GAME charts are public. The name or initials you choose and whatever you write can be read by anyone, indexed by search engines, and copied by people we do not control. Please do not post your address, phone number, school, or anything else you would not want a stranger to have.

You can ask us to remove something you posted — see section 11. Rules for what belongs on the wall, and how to report a post, are in our Community Guidelines.

9. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do store small amounts of data on your own device, using local storage, so the sites work:

PurposeCategoryConsent needed
Your game save, best scores, and your SLAYBOTStrictly necessaryNo
Your shopping bagStrictly necessaryNo
Remembering a notice you dismissed, and your age bandStrictly necessaryNo
Counting new versus returning visitorsAnalyticsYes — off by default

You can clear all of it any time through your browser settings. Clearing it will erase your game progress and your SLAYBOT, because those live on your device rather than on our servers.

10. How long we keep it

11. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can email harry@r-m.art and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will not charge you, we will not treat you differently for asking, and we will respond within one month (or 45 days for requests under US state law), telling you if we need longer.

If you are in the UK or the EU

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to sort it out first.

If you are in the UK or EEA and want to exercise any of these rights, or you think we should have appointed a representative under Article 27 GDPR, write to us at harry@r-m.art and we will deal with your request directly.

If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law

You have the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioural advertising, including of anyone under 16, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the request line above is open regardless. You may use an authorised agent, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of this.

If you are in Canada

We send commercial messages only with your express consent, identify ourselves in every message, and include a working unsubscribe mechanism, as CASL requires.

12. Where your information goes

We are based in the United States and our providers are largely in the United States, so if you are outside the US your information will be transferred there. Where we move information out of the UK or EEA we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) in our agreements with those providers, together with the EU‑US and UK‑US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

13. Keeping it safe

Everything is served over HTTPS. Our database enforces row‑level security so that the mailing list is insert‑only from the public web and cannot be read back by visitors, and leaderboard entries cannot be edited once submitted. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and we will tell you and the relevant regulator if something goes wrong in a way that puts you at risk.

14. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For anything significant we will say so on the site, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent again rather than assume it.
